O programa
Nosso objetivo é desenvolver estudantes de diversas universidades, oferecendo oportunidade de atuar em atividades profissionais na Nokia, com um foco prático de 2 anos sob supervisão de um líder direto. Nos treinamentos, os estagiários seguirão uma trajetória de aprendizagem prática para se tornarem a nova geração de líderes da empresa.

Ser Cidadão(a) Brasileiro(a) ou estrangeiro(a) com visto que permita estagiar.
Disponibilidade de 30 horas por semana, distribuídas em 6 horas ininterruptas por dia, com intervalo máximo de 1 hora.
Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido: 2 dias por semana no escritório.

The company welcomed me, guided me and gave me many opportunities.
It was not an internship program aimed only at my work, but rather a training program focused on my development, with courses, workshops, mentoring and monitoring.
Today I am a telecommunications engineer and work in the financial area and with that I can say that a large part of what I know so far was because of all the support the company gave me, in addition to the patience that the entire team has had guiding me from the beginning until today. I see that mutual support and training is a cultural thing at the company and I can say that this has made a huge difference in the professional I am today.
